Throughout the Leading Edge Certification, the components of learning gathered strengthened my abilities to facilitate classes that will be held either in an online environment or blended model. Understanding the roles of the facilitator take shape in the form of an instructor, social director, project manager, and technical assistant. Encompassing all of these then empowers the learners to develop their own learning in multiple means within a technology-based platform.
